Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

At FanStyle Sportswear, we understand that circumstances may change after placing an order. If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so at no cost provided the cancellation request is made before your order has been processed for shipment. Once your cancellation request is received and verified, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately using the contact information provided at the bottom of this page. Please include your order number and the reason for cancellation in your request. We cannot guarantee cancellations for orders that have already entered the shipping process.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from FanStyle Sportswear. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags attached and in the original packaging.

A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns. Some items may be excluded from returns, including but not limited to: personalized or custom-made products, intimate apparel, and clearance items. These exceptions will be clearly marked on the product page at the time of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number may not be processed. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (such as shipping the wrong item).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Please note that the time it takes for your refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your financial institution's processing times. Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) returned, excluding original shipping and handling fees (unless the return is due to our error).

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at the information provided below.

When contacting us about a missing refund, please have your order number, return tracking information, and details about when you returned the item ready. This will help us investigate your refund status more efficiently.
